Q) Institute Name is not appearing in list box when organisation is seleted in New Institute Registration.
A) Request your Organization Administrator to add Your Institute.
Q) Institute is registered but not able to Login. Getting Invalid Credentials though Username and Password is given correct?
A) After Institute Registration Organization Administrator has to approve the Institute User. Then only Institute can Login with the credentials.
Q) I forgot the password used while registration/after change password.
A) Organization Administrator can reset the password on request.
Q) Can an Institute be deleted ?
A) Yes. But only when No Employees/Students are added under that Institute. It can be done by Organization Administrator
Q) Whom to report during any problem/query.
A) Help Desk is provided in the application. You may report through HelpDesk. HelpDesk team will attend and reply the grievance. Grievance status can be viewed online.
Q) Can a Student/Employee put attendance using his Student/Employee Id?
A) No.  There is no uniform pattern for Student Id/Employee Id.  And Uniqueness can not be maintained for an ID if different institutions.  This was discussed in lengthy during the VC with Principal Secretary and Universities and finally decided to input the Last Eight digits of Aadhaar No. ONLY which will be unique for a student or employee thorough out the Life.
